What is the communal sector:

Communal cleaning is when we  a communal area within the private sector. Communal cleaning can include a variety of services.

We can arrange, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly agreements., please call us to find out more information and prices.

What service can you get in a communal clean:

• General Cleaning – A General Clean is a deep clean of your communal area.

Add on services

• Window Cleaning – Add on to the above services. On its own, there is a minimum charge £50.
• Jet Wash – Add on to the above services. On its own, there is a minimum charge £80.
• Carpet Cleaning – Add on to the above services. On its own, there is a minimum charge £50.
• Polishing Floors – Add on to the above services. On its own, there is a minimum charge £100.
