Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Spotless Cleaning.
How can I get a quote?
Simply get in touch with us via telephone, email or our contact form online.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
You are charged based on the cleaning plan we have set out for you, this includes roughly how long it will take, but you are not paying by the hour but by the service, so your quoted amount should always be your final cost (unless both parties agree on changes to the schedule on the day) for example you request extra services or no longer need some services, then your quote can be amended.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
No you can make the booking with, and we will give you an estimate of the cost during the call. However the final price will only be given to you once one of our cleaners arrives at the site, this is because at Spotless Cleaning all our cleaning plans are bespoke to your needs and expectations therefore it is crucial for us to see what it is expected of us, so that we can deliver the best possible service at the best rate.
Are cleaning supplies included?
We will bring all our professional cleaning products. Again this is something that sets us apart from our competitions, you do not face any extra charges by using our professional products.
However if you wish to use your own product we can certainly do this, but we cannot guarantee the same quality.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
If you get in touch within 24 hours after your cleaning, we will come around again FREE of charge to rectify what you are not happy with.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
This is usually very hard as we are quiet busy creating spotless environments, but sometimes there are exceptions and we might be able to come to you on the same day.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your property prior to your booking.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
You are charged a small booking fee of £30 which will go towards your final cost, which will only be paid at the end of our services.
ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING FEES?
You can reschedule your booking 24 hours before without encountering any charges, or you can cancel 48 hours before and we will refund your booking fee.
However cancellations after 48 hours will be charged the total booking fee of £30.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of services, which we usually tailor to your needs.
The services include: General Cleaning, Light Cleaning, Builders Clean, Window Cleaning, Curtains and Blinds, Upholstery Cleaning, Jet Wash, Carpet Cleaning Floor Polishing and Handy Man Jobs.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
Once we have looked at your property we can identify how many cleaners you are likely to needs. On the day of the cleaning we will send out our best cleaners for the specific services you need.
